「명사」'조작'의 의미로 사용된다. '프로게이머 승부조작'으로 유명해진 마재윤의 아프리카TV 방송에서 시청자들이 채팅창에 '조작'이라는 단어를 자주 쓰자 마재윤이 이를 금지어로 걸었고 이에 유저들이 조작과 단어가 비슷한 '주작'을 쓰기 시작하면서 자주 쓰이게 되었다.

Used to mean "fabrication/rigging." Traces to pro gamer Ma Jae-yoon, notorious for a match-fixing scandal — when viewers kept typing "jojak" (rigged) in his stream chat, he banned the word, so viewers switched to the similar-sounding "jujak," which stuck.
