The term originated when the wife of South Korean internet broadcaster Woowakgood misread "LEGEND" written in the Minecraft font as "LEGENO," and it has the same meaning as "Legend."

대한민국의 인터넷 방송인 우왁굳의 아내가 마인크래프트의 글씨체로 써진 'LEGEND'를 'LEGENO'로 잘못 읽은 것에서 유래한 말로, 레전드와 뜻은 같다.

레전드(Legend)의 D를 O로 잘못 봐서 Legeno로 잘못 읽어서 유래...헉.

From misreading the "D" in "Legend" as an "O," producing "Legeno" — used jokingly, ironically, to call something legendary.
