甲(갑)

「명사」 어떤 분야에서 제일가는 사람이나 사물, 현상 따위를 이르는 말로, ‘종결자’와 비슷한 의미를 가지고 있다. KIA 타이거즈의 팬이 ‘神’을 ‘申’으로 잘못 적은 팻말을 들고 있는 사진이 찍혔는데 이를 누군가가 모양이 비슷한 ‘甲’으로 잘못 읽고 댓글을 남긴 데서 유래하였다.[22]

"The top dog" in a given field, similar in meaning to "jonggyeoljja" (the finisher). Traces to a photo of a KIA Tigers fan holding a sign that misspelled the character for "god" (神) as a similar-looking character (申), which someone else then further misread as yet another similar character, 甲 (meaning "first/superior"), giving rise to this usage.
